Course Abstract This day and a half hands-on workshop is designed for biologists and biology educators who use fluorescence (and light microscope) imaging in their research and courses, and who are just beginning to use computer modeling. Participants will work with instructors to use their own image data in model based simulation analyses and generation of computer models.
